1.    On the first student form, put the professor's name in the name field.   The last four spaces in the name field can be used for the term (i.e. FALL, SPRG, SUMR, etc.).  Field I and J in the codes field are to be used for the year; A, B, C, & D used for the course number; and E & F are the section number field.

2.    Place the forms in the input hopper with the title page on top.  Then begin scanning forms.

READY> omrgpr <return>

Select option 2 from the menu for blue forms, or option 3 for green forms.

Press return to accept all other default options.
Feed forms through, including an End of Forms.

3.    You will now move the files from the local computer to your Frontier account, where you can run the analysis of the data.

READY>  ftp your_username <return>
password:  your_Frontier_password <return>

4.    The data file will be transferred and a Telnet session to Frontier will be intianted.

password:  your_Frontier_password <return>

5.    At the Frontier prompt, enter the command below.  This will create a file called report.lis and this file is the results of analyzing your data.

Frontier:~> te <return>

6.    Now you will want to print your results.

Frontier:~> steprint report.lis <return>

7.    If you have more forms to run for other classes, repeat this process starting at step 2.  If not, you can logoff the system.

Frontier:~> lo <return>
