When using the New Horizon client to access the remote lab, the server address is: vdesktop.uwyo.edu

Note: When accessing the remote lab system from off-campus, you will be required to use two-factor authentication. Instructions on how to enroll in Two-Factor Authentication.

The Remote Lab System has been greatly expanded and now includes pools that provide access to specialized software needed for specific classes.

Problems: Please email userhelp@uwyo.edu and include the following information:

• Operating System and Version (Mac, Unix, Windows 10, etc.)
• Problem description, please be as specific as possible.
